JOB LOCATION - Edinburgh
SALARY - £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
We're a passionate crew at Tribe, obsessed with food, quality and lip-smacking flavour! As Sous Chef, you’ll prep, prepare and package a range of delicious dishes from award winning Punjabi cuisine to Mexican, Sicilian pizza, killer kebabs cooked over charcoal and South East Asian noodles and grains. All within our high tech, state of the art commercial kitchen.

We’re looking for:
- A champion of brand standards
- Minimum 5 yrs experience cooking as a sous chef
- Experience working in a team of 6-12 chefs
- Ability to cook to spec and work within brand targets
- Support a sound company culture and productive, organised kitchen
- High volume cooking experience would be ideal
