This is Duncan Adamson. He’s our Executive Chef at Tribe Kitchen and he’s epic!
Duncan’s the genius behind our Tribe menus (NAKA, Saucy Birds, Pizza48, Soul Bowls and Char Kebabs), inspired by his passion for Scottish produce and his career, which has taken him around the world, working in renowned eateries in Australia, South America and France.
In Edinburgh, he’s been at the helm of the acclaimed Three Birds restaurant, The Outside and Jupiter Artland, to name but a few!
In short, he’s got serious chef skills and he’s helping us transform the traditional takeaway into a delicious at-home feast that everyone can enjoy!
